22-09-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned A.C. to Govt. Advocate - 5, makes a prayer for disposal of the present writ petition so that the petitioner, in view of New Guideline of Aanganbari Sevika/Sahaika, 2011, may approach the competent authority. He submits that earlier against allegation of illegality committed in selection of Aanganbari Sevika in village Jamuni Dihra under Gram Panchayat Rasen of Rajpur Block in the district of Buxar, the petitioner had raised objection before the authority concerned under the old scheme. Despite filing of
Patna High Court CWJC No.15207 of 2008 (4) dt.22-09-2015 2/2 objection, no decision was taken. Accordingly, he makes a prayer for disposal of the present writ petition so that the petitioner may approach the competent authority.
The prayer is allowed.
The writ petition stands disposed of with liberty, as indicated above.
It goes without saying that if the petitioner files an objection before the competent authority within a period of six weeks from today, the authority concerned, without being prejudiced with this order, may take appropriate decision preferably within a period of three months from the date of filing of such objection.
