2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Manikpur P.S. Case No. 96/2024, registered for offence under Sections 126, 115(2), 109, 352, 351(3), 303(2) & 3(5) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per F.I.R., co-accused Amit Kumar assaulted with iron rod on the head of informant, whereas this petitioner assaulted on her (informant) head by means of lathi. Doctor has found grievous injury.

4. Considering the nature of injury, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
