2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:
(i) for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding, directing or ordering the respondents to release the vehicle namely a Truck (Goods Carrier) bearing Registration No. BR04GB8248,
Patna High Court CWJC No.6380 of 2026(2) dt.18-06-2026 2/3 manufactured by Tata Motors Ltd., having Chassis No. MAT448022E1H13413 and Engine No. B591803241H6339123, which is duly registered with the Transport Authority of Government of Bihar and owned by the petitioner. The said vehicle has been seized by the Mining Inspector, Saran, Chhapra on 16.05.2025. The allegation is that there was transportation of 450 cft of sand thereon whereas the permission for transportation was for 20,000 kg of sand. He lodged case No. phulwari P.S. 181/2025 u/s 303(2)/317(2)/3(5) of the BNS and S-11, 13, 43, 56 of the Bihar Minerals (Concession, Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation & Storage) Rule 2019/2024 against this petitioner;
(ii) any other order or orders which this Hon'ble Court finds fit and proper in the given facts and circumstances may kindly be passed.

Patna High Court CWJC No.6380 of 2026(2) dt.18-06-2026 3/3 Avinash Kumar Pandey prays for withdrawal of the petition.
