ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 3 04-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 420, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Diary in this case was called for earlier which has since been received.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire allegation against this petitioner is misconceived as she was not authorised to take care of the debris of demolished building rather it was one Shiv Ratan Kumar who had been assigned the duty to take care of the same.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32783 of 2015 (3) dt.04-11-2015 P2/2 that there is no further material in the case diary to connect the petitioner, let the ppetitioner, in the event of her arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupri at Sitamarhi in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 59/2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
