ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 21-06-2023 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence, the word J.J.C.P. has been typed as J.J.B.P. at different places in Cr. Misc. application. He seeks permission to correct the same in course of the day.

Permission is granted.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to typographical error in the pleadings of Cr. Rev. No. 871 of 2022, J.J.C.P. Case No. 06 of 2021 has been typed in place of J.J.C.P. Case No. 06 of 2022. In result the order dated 20.03.2023 passed by this court in Cr. Rev. No. 871 of 2022, J.J.C.P. Case No. 06 of 2021 has been typed in place of J.J.C.P. Case No. 06 of 2022.

Since this mistake has taken place in the pleadings of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30988 of 2023(2) dt.21-06-2023 2/2 the criminal revision, it is due to this reason the petitioner has no option but to file a fresh Cr. Misc. in this file. Learned counsel for the State has no objection for the same.

In this view of the matter, let the J.J.C.P. Case No. 06 of 2021 be read as J.J.C.P. Case No. 06 of 2022 as mentioned in order dated 20.03.2023 passed by this Court in Cr. Rev. No. 871 of 2022.

Let this order passed in the present Cr. Misc. application shall be part and parcel of the order dated 20.03.2023 passed in Cr. Rev. No. 871 of 2022. With this direction, the present Cr. Misc. application is allowed.
