The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Madhubani Town P.S. Case No. 78 of 2017 registered under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the active role of the petitioner in abducting of 14 years old daughter of the informant as would transpire from the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the prayer for grant of pre-arrest
