The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Mahila (Sitamarhi) P.S. Case No. 48 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 498A, 379/34 IPC and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is husband. Marriage took place on 29.03.2015 according to Customary Law. Learned counsel contends that there is nasty allegation leveled against the petitioner and family members about torture of the informant. Referring to para 9 of the petition learned counsel submits that the

In order to restore normalcy in the conjugal life, the Court is inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of one month from the date of communication of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM Sitamarhi in connection with Mahila (Sitamarhi) P.S. Case No. 48 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
After release the Court below shall refer the matter to the District Mediation Center so that the difference between the parties may be amicably settled.
It is made clear that in the event any complaint with regard to misbehavior, neglect and torture of the informant is brought to the notice of the court, the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) spandey/- U T
