2. The petitioners have preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Belhar P.S. Case No. 177 of 2024 dated 27.05.2024 registered for the offences punishable under sections 306 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the daughter of the informant is in love with the petitioner for two years and when the informant came to know about this then the informant asked the parents of the petitioner to marry her daughter with his son. On 27.05.2024, suddenly the petitioner and his family members

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26110 of 2025(2) dt.07-05-2025 2/3 called the informant on her mobile and abused her and also denied to marry her, due to that humiliation she committed suicide by hanging herself.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. The name of the petitioners was transpired in this case on mere suspicion. The petitioners never abused and humiliated the deceased. The petitioner has no concern with the alleged occurrence. The petitioners have clean antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioners are in custody since 18.02.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioners.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioners above-named, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Banka in connection with Belhar P.S. Case No. 177 of 2024, with a condition:- (i) That the petitioners are directed to remain physically present before the learned Court below on each and
