In view of the materials brought on record, it is agreed at the Bar that all admitted dues of the petitioner have been paid. However, learned counsel for the State submits that due to some error in calculation, a further amount of Rs. 1578/- has to be paid to the petitioner for which cheque dated 28.08.2015 is being handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner.
