The petitioner in the present writ application has sought for direction upon the respondent authority to allow the joining of the petitioner with effect from 28.06.2013.

Considering the relief sought for on behalf of the petitioner, he is directed to file a statutory appeal before the Vice Chancellor, T.M. Bhagalpur University, within a period of 30 days from the date of the order.
