The petitioner being the husband has been in custody since 09.04.2018 in connection with Sathi P.S. Case No. 36/2018 registered for the offense punishable under Sections 304(B)/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire allegation is false and mischievous and that the father of the victim girl had lodged the present case after participating in the funeral and it is a case of natural death. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that it is rather improbable that for a mere demand of a motorcycle, the petitioner would kill his wife.

However, considering the fact that the petitioner is the husband who had the moral responsibility to take care of his
