This is the 2nd attempt made by the petitioners for grant of anticipatory bail.
Admittedly, the petitioners had moved earlier for grant of anticipatory bail in Cr.Misc.No.47924 of 2015, but that was dismissed as withdrawn by an order dated 05.02.2016 with a direction to the petitioners to surrender in the court below and apply for regular bail.
The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has not been able to satisfy this Court that as to why the aforesaid order dated 05.02.2016 passed in Cr.Misc.No.47924 of 2015 has not been complied with and as to why the petitioners have filed fresh anticipatory bail application. In above view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to accede to the prayer made on behalf of the petitioners for grant
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38342 of 2016 (2) dt.07-09-2016 of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, their prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No.580C/2014 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria is hereby dismissed.
