JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 17-12-2015 In view of limited prayer made at the time of hearing, this writ application is being disposed of, without going into the merit of the case, granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Principal Secretary, Rural Development Department, Govt. of Bihar, Patna by filing a representation in view of his claim that even from Annexure-B appended with the supplementary counter affidavit, it appears that he and others identical persons have to be absorbed in the concerned department of the State Government. If such representation is filed, let the same be considered by the concerned Principal Secretary in accordance with law within a reasonable period.
