Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nawadah Nagar P.S. Case No. 122 of 2013 registered for the offence under sections 341, 323, 324, 379, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this is a case of misuse of privilege of bail. Further submission is that petitioner is a poor person and went to outside for his livelihood so he did not make pairvi on the alleged date and time and consequently, the bail bond of the petitioner was cancelled. Petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 17.02.2020.
