JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-03-2018 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the trial court for grant of regular bail. Accordingly, it is directed that in case the petitioner surrenders and files a regular bail petition, the same shall be disposed of on the same day by a reasoned order considering the fact that during the course of investigation, it has transpired that it might be possible that the injured person was keeping a gun in his waist which might have fired.

The petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
