JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-02-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Yogapatti P.S. Case No. 438 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 414, 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated in this case on basis of the confessional statement of the co-accused. Except the confessional statement, there is nothing against this petitioner. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail
