The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Deo P.S. Case No. 16 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 308 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that nothing has been alleged against the petitioners. They are not named in the First Information Report. Further submission is that on perusal of F.I.R., it appears that the specific allegation is against co-accused Abhay Tiwari.
