The following reliefs have been sought for by the petitioner in the present writ application.

"1 That this writ application is being filed on behalf of the petitioner in the nature of Writ / Writs, Order / Orders, Direction / Directions to the respondents to reinstate the petitioner as Panchayat Teacher in Rajkiya Primary School, Rajapur, and further direct the respondents to pay the arrear and current salary of the petitioner from 01.07.2006 till date"

Patna High Court CWJC No.12691 of 2014 (2) dt.05-12-2017 2/2 Considering the reliefs as sought for by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to file an appeal before the District Appellate Authority, Gopalganj, for redressal of her grievance within a period of thirty days from the date of the order, which shall be disposed of within the statutory period in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
