This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 448,147, 148, 341, 323, 354, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is case and counter case, for trivial dispute. The petitioners allegedly committed assault and theft against the informant.

Considering the nature of allegation and the statement of the petitioner that they have got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) each with two sureties of
