2. The petitioner seek bail in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No. 580 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 304/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 34(2) of National Medical Commission Act, 2019.

3. The son of the informant is said to have died while in treatment carried out by one Shailesh Kumar, who is not a qualified doctor. The petitioner is the compounder in the hospital of Shailesh Kumar.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is not the compounder rather, he used to supply milk in the hospital and he has

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28696 of 2024(2) dt.24-04-2024 2/2 falsely been implicated in the case and this fact has been certified by the Mukhiya. The petitioner is in jail custody since 03.11.2023.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Danapur, Patna in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No. 580 of 2023.
