Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Karja P.S. Case No. 30 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 304(B), 201 and 120B read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the husband of the deceased and the allegation of demand of dowry is false. The petitioner has also informed the parents of the deceased that she was sick and her health is deteriorating but no one came to see her.

Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that

Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge if the charge is not framed yet and on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, West Muzaffarpur in connection with Karja P.S.
