2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for quashing the order dated 06.10.2017 passed by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City in connection with G.R. No.427 of 2017 arising out of Alamganj P.S. Case No.47 of 2017 by which cognizance was taken against the petitioner under Sections 447, 506, 353 of the I.P.C.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with liberty

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20759 of 2018(4) dt.26-03-2026 2/2 to the petitioner to take all the points raised in the petition before the learned Trial Court at appropriate stage.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.
