APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER 25-01-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. Learned counsel for the petitioner hereby undertakes to remove all defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter as and when required. It is accordingly directed that all defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter be removed within one month hereof.
2. This application has been filed for modification of order dated 03.03.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6272 of 2020.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner could not surrender and furnish bail bonds before the learned Court below within the stipulated time in terms of the order dated 03.03.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6272 of 2020, owing to ongoing pandemic.
4. For the reasons stated in the modification petition, the time granted for surrender and furnishing bail bonds before
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34748 of 2020(2) dt.25-01-2021 2/2 the learned Court below in terms of order 03.03.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6272 of 2020is hereby extendedby four weeks from today.
5. The modification petition stands allowed.
6. Office shall follow-up to ensure that all defects are removed and compliance with the notices of this Court are made by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided in para 1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
