JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 12-07-2023 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Dumraon P.S. Case No. 149 of 2022, registered for offence punishable under Section 412 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25 (1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

The bail petition of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 16.11.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 42412 of 2022, and while rejecting the bail petition, it was observed that the petitioner is a person of strong criminal antecedents. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he has renewed the prayer for bail on the fresh ground that, in those cases, the petitioner has been granted bail.
