The petitioner has prayed for bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 379, 411, 414, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.
Prosecution case relates to recovery of stolen motorcycle and on asking petitioner could not produce the valid paper regarding vehicle.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. This case is triable by the court of judicial magistrate. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and languishing in judicial custody since 2.2.2023.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM III, West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with Purshottampur P.S. Case No. 15 of 2023.
