In view of the notification no. 14/DLA-Policy (First Appeal)-113/13-943/R dated 17.08.2015 issued by the Government of Bihar, Revenue & Land Reforms Department (Directorate of Land Acquisition), the appellants wish to withdraw the present petition in view of the fact that the appeal value is less than Rs. 5 lacs. The permission is granted. The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. The parties are informed that the court fee, if any, paid by any of them shall be refunded.
