2. The petitioner seek bail in connection with Gogri P.S. Case No. 235 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 306 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner was in a relationship with the victim-girl who committed suicide because of the dispute between the petitioner and the deceased. The petitioner is in jail custody since 26.11.2023.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail, after framing of charge, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
