The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kako P.S. Case No. 76 of 2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 353 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, the villagers have blocked the road and on the information of chaukidar the police of Kako police station came and saw the petitioner and others making slogan after blocking the road against the administration Submission is of false implication and that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. Similarly situated co-accused Bhoti Singh @ Nagmani Kumar has been allowed

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11329 of 2018(2) dt.27-02-2018 2/2 pre-arrest bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 7987 of 2018 whereas Sunita Devi has been allowed pre-arrest bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 9419 of 2018 and, as such, the petitioner deserves sympathetic consideration.

The learned A.P.P. fairly submits that co-accused have been allowed pre-arrest bail.

In the facts and circumstances as stated above, the petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, in connection with Kako P.S. Case No. 76 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down in section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Jitendra Mohan Sharma, J.) Rajiv/- U T
