JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 22-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case no. 194 of 2017, registered under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing of the daughter of the informant by her husband and in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of motorcycle and cash of Rs.50,000/- in dowry and also disposed of her dead body.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased. Further submission is that, in fact, deceased died due to illness and on information, the informant also came and participated in the last rite of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46588 of 2017 (2) dt.22-09-2017 2/2 the deceased, but with ulterior motive, the informant lodged the present case. Moreover, husband of the deceased is in custody. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 194 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) manish/- U T
