2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341. 324. 379, 504 IPC and Section 3 (i) (x) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act registered in connection with Saharsa S.C./S.T. P.S. Case No. 23 of 2015.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as even according to the FIR no offensive words using caste name of the informant has been used by the petitioner and hence the offence under the S.C/S.T Act is not attracted. It is further submitted that the injuries are simple in nature.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of the petitioner's arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten
