2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the alleged offences under Sections 498(A), 341, 323, 315, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Chanpatia P.S. Case No. 403 of 2018.

3. At the outset learned counsel for the petitioner invites reference to the supplementary affidavit filed in Court today, inter alia, stating that a compromise has been reached amicably between the parties and a joint compromise petition has been filed before the learned Court below. It is stated that the informant is now living harmoniously at her matrimonial house with the petitioner

4. Learned APP assisted by learned counsel for the informant appears and has been heard.

5. In that view of the matter, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 17.04.2019 in connection with Chanpatia P.S. Case No. 403 of 2018 pending in the Court of ACJM V, Bettiah, West Champaran shall stand confirmed if the petitioner produces the informant before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, failing which his bail bond shall stand automatically cancelled.
