Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

As per the prosecution case, 414.72 liters of whisky has been recovered from a tempo near Devi temple near VillageShankarpur. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is neither the driver nor the owner of the vehicle. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender, let the petitioner mentioned above be enlarged on bail on
