This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Bettiah Mahila P.S. Case No. 18 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354-B, 354-D and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
