1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That, this application is directed for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus any other appropriate writ commanding the respondents to remove the encroachment from the Gairmajarua Aam land existing in the nature of pond, Public Road, Public Well, Aahar and Paiyan situated in Mauza Bhauwara, Circle - Rahika, District - Madhubani."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to file appropriate

Patna High Court CWJC No.6330 of 2024(2) dt.01-07-2024 2/2 petition under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, before the Circle Officer, Rahika, District- Madhubani for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate petition is filed by the petitioner, before the Circle Officer, Rahika, District-Madhubani, under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and appropriate action shall be taken, forthwith.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
