The following reliefs have been sought for by the petitioner in the present writ application.

"1. That, this is an application for issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the office order contained in Memo No. 578 dated 27.08.2014 issued by the respondent no.

5 by which the petitioner has been removed from the post of Block Teacher w.e.f. the date of issuance of office order dated 27.08.2014 on the allegation that the certificates have been found forged."

Considering the aforesaid reliefs as sought for by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.16535 of 2014 (2) dt.05-12-2017 2/2 petitioner in the present writ application, the petitioner is directed to prefer an appeal before the District Appellate Authority, Bhojpur at Ara, within a period of thirty days from the date of the order which shall be disposed of within the statutory period. With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
