Petitioner is in custody in connection with Rajapakar P.S. Case No. 136 of 2018 for the offence under sections 399, 402, 307, 120(B), 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that after the instant case petitioner has been made accused in another case.

Referring to the prosecution case, learned counsel submits that the allegation against this petitioner is that he was among the people who fired on the police team. The petitioner is in custody since 8.8.2018.

Considering the fact that petitioner has remained in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24503 of 2019(2) dt.16-04-2019 2/2 custody for more than 8 months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VII, Vaishali (Hajipur), in connection with Rajapakar P.S. Case No. 136 of 2018.
