The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Madhubani Town P.S. Case No. 441 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner . Moreover, the petitioner has been made accused on basis of confessional statement of the co-accused, Shikandar Yadav and Ashutosh Kumar and except confession, nothing is on record against the petitioner. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing his personal bond to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Madhubani in connection with Madhubani Town P.S. Case No. 441 of 2019.
