This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 447, 341, 323, 307, 379, 385, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners claimed to be the tenant of the informant. For dispute relating to some payment of rent, allegation is that false implication is there that the petitioners committed mischief by damaging house hold articles, assaulting different family members and committed theft of cash. There is case and counter case.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No. 98 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
