JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 24-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Janki Nagar P.S. Case No. 55 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that while informant was coming to house by his Motorcycle and when he reached eastern bank of river, this petitioner along with two other persons snatched the Motorcycle at the point of three-nut. The accused person also snatched Rs.4,600/- cash, Mobile Phone, diary, identity card and other papers from the informant as mentioned in the written report. It is mentioned in paragraph-3 of the bail petition that petitioner has criminal antecedent.

In such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38762 of 2017 (2) dt.24-08-2017 2/2 grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.

Petitioner may surrender before the court below and make prayer for regular bail which shall be disposed off by the court below in accordance with law without being prejudiced by this order of Court.
