The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354, 307 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the accused persons entered into the house of the informant, tried to outrage her modesty, made assault to her and snatched silver chain from the neck of the informant when the sister-in-law of the informant came to rescue she was also being assaulted.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53077 of 2015 (2) dt.24-11-2015 2/2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation is omnibus and general. There is a counter version of the occurrence and petitioners' side have received grievous injuries. With regard to the nature of injury received by the informant the opinion has been kept reserved. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Bhagalpur in connection with Antichak P.S. Case No. 31 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
