The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kotwali (Barari) P.S. Case No. 843 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the similarly situated coaccused has already been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 17565 of 2019. Hence, the petitioner may be granted the privilege of

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner in the event of surrender within a period of four weeks be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Kotwali (Barari) P.S.
