(1) That this writ application in the nature of MANDAMUS is being filed for commanding and directing the respondents authorities concerned to allow the petitioner to continue as Assistant Teachers in their respective schools in which they are discharging their duties as Assistant Teachers without any kind of hindrance and also pay the remuneration month to month without any further delay as well as
Patna High Court CWJC No.15156 of 2014(2) dt.06-12-2017 2/2 for issuance of direction to the respondents to enhance the wages of the petitioner and pay the same salary which is being paid to the teachers in the upgraded High School and for any other relief for which the petitioners may deem entitled too." Considering the relief sought for on behalf of the petitioners in the present writ application, the petitioners are directed to file a representation before the Respondent No.2 i.e. The Director, Secondary Education, Govt. of Bihar, Patna, for redressal of their grievance. The Respondent No.2 shall examine the case of the petitioners and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of filing of such representation by the petitioners. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
