The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 281/2020 instituted for the offences under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 21.08.2020, he is a person with clean antecedents, charge-sheet has been submitted in this case. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that the informant alleges that he identified the petitioner who alongwith other accused persons looted the motorcycle, mobile and Rs.11,000/-. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely

Co-accused, namely, Jitendra Kumar has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 16.07.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No.22.11/2021. Learned APP for the State opposes the bail application.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bailbonds in the sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui, in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 281/2020.
