JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-07-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority challenging the order dated 22.06.2011 passed in case No. 142 of 2006 by the District Teacher Employment Appellate Authority, Madhubani, which is under challenge, in this writ application.

Permission is accorded.
