JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-09-2017 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State. This application has been filed for modification of the order, dated 06.07.2017, passed in Criminal Misc. No. 25446 of 2017, whereby the petitioner was directed to appear before the learned Court below within a period of two weeks and seek regular bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the time, for appearance of the petitioner before the learned Court below, in connection with Complaint Case No. C1/114 of 2013, is hereby extended by four weeks from today. If the petitioner does so, the Court below will be required to consider his

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38920 of 2017(2) dt.13-09-2017 2/2 application, without prejudiced by the order rejecting his prayer for grant of anticipatory bail, and dispose the same on the same day.
