None appears on behalf of the private respondent also, though the names of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties are printed in the daily cause list. Earlier also this writ petition was dismissed on account of non-prosecution by a Bench of this Court by its order dated 06.05.2015, but it was subsequently restored. It appears that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the present writ petition.
