JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-07-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority challenging the Memo No. 263 dated 08.03.2011 and its modification order contained in Memo No.362 dated 24.05.2011, passed by the District Teacher Appointment Appellate Authority, Nawada, which is under challenge, in this writ application.

Patna High Court CWJC No.13857 of 2011 (3) dt.19-07-2017 2/2 Permission is accorded.

The petitioner shall file an appeal within a period of thirty days from the date of the order on its own merit in accordance with law and the same shall be disposed of within the statutory period.
