JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-09-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i).For direction to the respondent authority to cancel the examination of a staff selection commission which was organized on 04-102015 in the state of Bihar after enquiry in the matter.

(ii). For direction to the respondent authority to postpone the examination of 3 centres of state of

Patna High Court CWJC No.19172 of 2015(2) dt.27-09-2023 2/2 Bihar which will be scheduled on 22-11-2015.

(iii). For direction to the respondent authorities to arrange the written taste of candidate Bihar examination dated 04-10-2015 in all centre situated in Bihar in the interest of Justice. (iv). For direction to the Respondent authorities to publication / preparation of merit list of student of Bihar on the basis of examination which was conducted by the staff selection commission on 04-10-2015."

The learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submits that with the efflux of time, the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous, hence, the present writ petition be disposed off.
