The petitioner, Ashok Kumar, apprehends his arrest in Isalampur P.S. Case No. 118 of 2016 under Sections 420, 406 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has already deposited Rs. 15,00000/- as directed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 11211 of 2013 by terms of order dated 16.05.2014 and he has still ready to deposit Rs. 9,00000/- more within four months. Learned counsel further submitted that the other accused persons in similar case have already been granted

Perused the record. It appears that many of the accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail, which would be evident from annexure-10 series. The petitioner has already deposited Rs. 15,00000/- and he is still ready to deposit Rs. 900000/- and the other co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail.

Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, I direct the petitioner, above named, to surrender before the court below within one month from today and on his so surrendering, the court below shall release him on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties eacg of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No. 118 of 2016 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Brajesh/- (Mungeshwar Sahoo, J.) U T
