JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

50 litres country made liquor is said to have been recovered beneath a seat of bus and petitioners were found sitting on the aforesaid seat. Petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent and are languishing in jail custody since 06.02.2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners, above

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24693 of 2019(2) dt.19-04-2019 2/2 named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-V-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Gaya in connection with Excise Case No. 59 of 2019.
